EDUVOTER was founded by PARENTS AND passionate educators, who stand firmly against the commodification of children’s education and the undermining of our democracy.
Supporting PUBLIC education and DEMOCRATIC VALUES.
At EDUVOTER, we believe that every child—regardless of zip code, background, or ability—deserves access to a fully-funded, high-quality public education that prepares them for the future. Public schools are the cornerstone of our democracy, yet they are under relentless attack from special interests seeking to funnel taxpayer dollars into private institutions with little to no oversight. We are committed to fighting back against policies that weaken our schools, censor curriculum, and restrict educators' voices, and by educating parents, we allow them to make informed choices.
united by common goals
Adequate Funding: Support policies that increase teacher salaries, improve school facilities, and provide necessary resources for students and educators.
Fight Privatization: Oppose the diversion of public funds to private entities that lack the same accountability and transparency as public schools.
Support Traditional Public Education: Advocate for the strengthening and preservation of traditional public schools, ensuring they remain the primary focus of public education funding and policy.
Equity and Inclusion: Advocate for programs that support underserved communities and address disparities in educational opportunities and outcomes, ensuring all students have access to high-quality education.
Opposing Book Banning is crucial to protecting intellectual freedom, fostering critical thinking, and encouraging exposure to diverse perspectives and ideas. Allowing books to be banned can lead to censorship, restrict learning, and undermine the principles of a democratic society.
GET INVOLVED! SIGN OUR PETITION TODAY!
Our petition demands urgent action to protect and fully fund public education from attacks that divert taxpayer dollars to private, for-profit schools. We call for equitable funding, an end to vouchers, protection from book bans, fair wages for teachers, and accountability for publicly funded institutions. Public education is a right, not a privilege—sign to stand against privatization and invest in our children’s future.
