Big changes start with small conversations. The EDUVOTER Action Network invites you to host a Community Conversation — a relaxed, meaningful gathering where families, educators, and neighbors come together to talk about what’s happening in Florida’s traditional public schools and what we can do about it together.

Why This Matters

■ Funding cuts and growing voucher programs.

■ Policy changes that impact students, teachers, and families.

■ A lack of clear information for parents and communities. Many people aren’t aware of how these shifts affect their own neighborhoods. Community Conversations inform, empower, and connect people to action before decisions are made in Tallahassee.

What You’ll Do Hosting is simple and powerful:

■ Invite 5–10 people — friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors.

■ Choose a comfortable space: your home, a coffee shop, a school, or online.

■ Use EDUVOTER’s free toolkit with sample questions, talking points, and follow-up support.

■ Spend 60–90 minutes talking, listening, and identifying local next steps.
